目的 观察正常人及慢性乙型肝炎 (慢乙肝 )患者外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤情况。方法 利用快速、灵敏的检测细胞DNA损伤的单细胞凝胶电泳 (SCGE)技术结合IMI1 0慧星分析软件 ,以“彗星”尾长、尾惯量、尾 %DNA、尾矩来评价淋巴细胞DNA的损伤程度。结果 慢乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞DNA经SCGE ,形成的“彗星”尾长、尾惯量、尾 %DNA、尾矩较健康人明显增大 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 慢乙肝病毒感染可能是造成淋巴细胞DNA断裂损伤的主要原因
Objective To observe the DNA damage of peripheral blood lymphocytes in normal subjects and patients with chronic hepatitis B (chronic hepatitis B). Methods Rapid and sensitive detection of DNA damage by single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) combined with IMI10 Comet analysis software was used to evaluate the expression of lymphocyte DNA in “tail” tail tail, tail inertia, tail% DNA and tail moment degree of damage. Results The tail length, tail inertia, tail% DNA and tail moment of peripheral blood lymphocytes in chronic hepatitis B patients were significantly increased as compared with healthy controls (P <0.05). Conclusions Chronic hepatitis B virus infection may be the main cause of DNA damage in lymphocytes
