选用甜高粱品种原甜1号,在拔节后第20天叶面喷施调环酸钙-青鲜素复配剂,设2.6、5.2和10.4 mg/m2共3个处理,研究了复配剂处理对成熟期植株各节间长度的影响。结果表明,调环酸钙-青鲜素复配剂对甜高粱所有节间直径和处理时已经完成伸长的节间长度无显著影响,对处理后5 d内正在伸长的节间具有抑制伸长作用,随复配剂用量增加,抑制效果明显,复配剂10.4 mg/m2处理使收获期第11节间比对照缩短了23.6%;调环酸钙-青鲜素复配剂对处理5 d以后开始伸长的部分节间产生促进伸长趋势,但均未达到显著水平。
