课堂教学是教师与学生的双边活动。教师是知识的播种机。教师的表达能力和准确程度直接影响着教学效果。学生在课堂上的思维活动往往是教师调控的,课堂教学是学校运转机制的主轴,要提高教学效益,教师思维的流畅性与他的教学效果的等级有显著关系,很多研究表明,教师能力中对学生影响最大的是思维的条理性、逻辑性以及口头表达能力。教师广泛的知识面,加之严密、流畅的语言表达方式,能大大加强课堂教学的说服力,提高课堂的教学效果。
