应用丹参对24例冠心病患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者血清中脂质过氧化物(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化,并与20例健康人作对照,结果显示:冠心病患者血清中LPO明显高于健康人(P<0.01),冠心病患者血清中SOD明显低于健康人(P<0.01);采用丹参治疗后,患者血清中LPO明显降低(P<0.01),而血清SOD则有较明显的升高(P<0.05)。丹参降低LPO,提高血清SOD活性的机理可能与抗血小板聚集、降低血粘度、改善心肌缺血、保护心肌细胞膜有关。提示丹参可作为一良好的外源性氧自由基清除剂。
Salvia miltiorrhiza was used to treat 24 patients with coronary heart disease. Changes of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels before and after treatment were observed and compared with 20 healthy subjects. The results showed that: The serum LPO levels in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects (P<0.01), and the serum SOD in patients with coronary heart disease was significantly lower than that in healthy subjects (P<0.01). After treatment with Danshen, serum LPO levels were significantly lower ( P<0.01), and serum SOD increased significantly (P<0.05). Salvia miltiorrhiza can reduce LPO, increase the serum SOD activity mechanism may be associated with anti-platelet aggregation, reduce blood viscosity, improve myocardial ischemia, protect myocardial cell membrane. Tip Danshen can be used as a good exogenous oxygen free radical scavenger.
