目前人们十分重视对高温合金叶片定向凝固的研究,但对铝合金铸件定向凝固的研究和应用却比较少。本文研究了铝合金长铸件定向凝固工艺,并籍此了解定向凝固工艺的一般规律。在定向凝固条件下,通过改变浇注温度、铸型预热温度、铸型下降速度和冷却条件(水冷铜结晶器的通水量)等四个铸造工艺因素,研究这些工艺因素与凝固参数;凝固参数与铸件组织、性能的关系。选用典型的宽结晶温度范围的合金—Al-4.5%Cu,在自制的定向装置上,分别用精铸型壳和保温材料做铸型,采用正交设计方法。此外,还对生产上常用的ZL—105合金,作了定向凝固条件下的机械性能试验。
