相对肿瘤的血管生成而言,肿瘤中的淋巴管生成是一个长期受到争议和忽视的问题。但近年来随着一些新的实验方法的出现和淋巴内皮细胞特异性标志物的发现,淋巴管生成开始成为研究肿瘤淋巴道转移的焦点。现就血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、血管内皮生长因子-D(VEGF-D)的结构、功能特点、在肿瘤淋巴道转移中的可能机制及由此而引发出的抗肿瘤淋巴管治疗的有关进展等问题进行阐述。
