提出了一个基于特征的箱体类零件信息模型,它分为三个层次:零件层、特征层和几何层。零件层主要反映总体信息,特征层反映零件的形状、精度与加工要求,几何层则反映零件的点、线、面的几何/拓扑信息,文中把构成零件的特征分为方位特征、形状特征和技术特征。分析了特征间的关系,并给出了形状特征模型和精度特征模型的表达模式。
A feature-based information model of box-type parts is proposed. It is divided into three levels: part layer, feature layer and geometric layer. The component layer mainly reflects the overall information, the characteristic layer reflects the shape, precision and processing requirements of the part, and the geometric layer reflects the geometric / topological information of the part’s point, line and surface. The characteristics of the component are divided into azimuth, shape, Technical characteristics. The relationship between the features is analyzed, and the expression pattern of the shape feature model and the precision feature model is given.
