Objective To investigate the role of human umbilical cord blood derived stromal cells (HUCBSCs) modified by vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM-1) in hematopoietic regulation. Methods Recombinant adenoviral vector was used to clone the target gene VCAM-1 into shuttle plasmid containing reporter gene GFP.
