通过自制的平板膜对沧州炼油厂热电厂水处理车间反渗透设备的膜污染进行了研究 ,经电镜扫描与EDX能谱分析 ,测出RO膜膜面C、O、Ca和Si等元素的分布情况 ,确定膜面上的主要污染物是胶体的污染物、微生物污染物以及一定量的SiO2 颗粒 ,其中胶体污染物的主要成分是Si、Al、Fe和一定量的有机物。针对其特殊的膜污染物质选择了恰当清洗剂、合理的清洗工艺 ,快速恢复了其设备的膜通量。
Membrane fouling of reverse osmosis equipment in water treatment plant of Cangzhou refinery was studied by self-made flat membrane. The distribution of elements C, O, Ca and Si in membrane surface of RO membrane was measured by scanning electron microscope and EDX EDS The main pollutants on the membrane surface were determined as colloidal pollutants, microbial pollutants and a certain amount of SiO2 particles. The main components of colloidal pollutants were Si, Al, Fe and a certain amount of organic matter. For its special membrane contaminants selected appropriate cleaning agent, a reasonable cleaning process, the rapid recovery of equipment, membrane flux.
