现阶段背景下体育教师职后教育还普遍存在着教学内容空泛教条、培训方法陈旧单一、教育氛围沉闷枯燥等一系列尚未有效解决的集中问题,这也在很大程度上引发导致了体育教师职后教育体系内的教师群体再学习热情度不高、自主探究意识不强、教学实效差强人意等消极性后果。进一步加强适配信息化培训教育途径方法的协同辅助,细化具体信息化因素要件在体育教师职后教育教学中的方法模式创设应用,从而开辟拓宽当下体育教师职后教育教学的广度以及深度,进而实现体育教师职后教育教学系统在理论内核与实践载体的协调双赢。
