本文系关于离子软氮化工艺试验和生产应用的初步总结.1、叙述了通过对20钢、45钢、20Cr钢、40Cr钢等试样进行不同气氛(乙醇/氨、丙酮/氨)、温度、时间和冷却方式的大量炉次试验,并对应地进行表面硬度、渗层厚度检测,金相组织和X衍射分析,确定出合理的离子软氮化工艺参数:以丙酮/氨=1/9~2/8,600±20℃×(2~4)小时为宜.视具体要求,可以采取随炉缓冷、炉内气冷、空冷或油水冷却.2、简介了通过对20钢、45钢、20Cr钢、40Cr钢、20Cr Mn Ti和QT60—2等材料,在上述工艺参数下进行加铁催渗离子软氮化试验数据的分析和初步确认以工业纯钛TA_2做催渗剂的效果.3、介绍了离子软氮化在A_3、20钢、45钢、20Cr钢、40Cr钢、40MnB、20Cr Mn Ti、35Mn 2Si、1Cr13和4Cr 14Ni 14W 2Mo等材料所制典型工件上的生产应用实例及其处理后的检测数据和使用情况.也例举了加铁离子软氮化工艺在2Cr13工件上的具体应用结果.根据试验数据、生产应用结果和对比分析表明:离子软氮化与纯氨离子氮化比较,具有处理时间持短、渗层厚、表面硬度白、耐磨性好和疲劳强度高等优点.与气体软氮化比较,则有表面质量高、渗层厚、工艺稳定、变形小、劳动强度低、操作简便、卫生、节电和省气等优点.似可认为离子软氨化是强化碳钢、,长用合金钢和铸铁工件
