历经生物教学十几载,饱尝酸甜,深刻体会到,要培养高素质的学生,首先自己是高素质的教师,要善于“反思”增加内涵。在提高教师的学识和能力的同时在教学方法上下工夫,只有激发出学生学习的兴趣,才能不断地吸引学生的注意力。乌申斯基说:“没有丝毫兴趣的强制性学习,将会扼杀学生探究真理的欲望。”学生学习知识的主要过程是理解和记忆,而记忆的前提是对记忆的事物首先引起注意,没有注意就没有记忆。而注意力的首要条件就是兴趣。
