人血胎盘生乳素(hPE)是由胎盘合体滋养层细胞产生的多肽激素,半衰期短,仅21~23分钟,所以测定hPL 能反映胎盘的即刻功能状态,并间接提示胎儿宫内发育情况。1985年我院开始用国产检验箱进行hPL—RIA 测定监护晚期妊娠,并与新生儿情况对照,现将结果报道如下.资料与方法一、资料来源:自1985年至1987年7月在我院住院测定hPL 并于1周内分娩者549例,测定hPL582人次,本组同时监护胎动,84例高危妊娠做了阿托品胎盘功能试验(下称阿托品试验)。二、方法与标准:使用上海生物制品研究所提供的hPL 检验箱测定,选无合并症的正常孕妇400例,分别测定21~40孕周血清hPL 值,结果见表1,据此确定其产前监测的安全值、警惕值及危险值(表2).
Human placental lactogen (hPE) is a peptide hormone produced by placental syncytiotrophoblast cells with a short half-life of only 21-23 minutes. Therefore, determination of hPL can reflect the immediate functional status of the placenta and indirectly indicate intrauterine growth. 1985 our hospital began to use domestic test box hPL-RIA determination of monitoring of late pregnancy, and neonatal conditions, the results are reported below.Data and methods First, the source: From 1985 to July 1987 in our hospital Inpatient hPL and 549 cases were delivered within 1 week, hPL582 were measured, this group at the same time custody of fetal movement, 84 cases of high-risk pregnancy done atropine placental function test (hereinafter referred to as atropine test). Methods and Standards: Using the hPL test box provided by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products, 400 pregnant women without complications were enrolled. Serum hPL values of 21 to 40 gestational weeks were determined respectively. The results are shown in Table 1, Pre-monitoring of the safety value, vigilance value and dangerous value (Table 2).
