随着核电业的蓬勃发展,其对高素质人才的需求也越发迫切。但由于一些因素的影响,核电业对人才的吸引力往往不如金融等热门行业。本文分析了影响核电业对人才的吸引力的主要因素和核电业在吸引、使用人才方面存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出了提高核电业吸引力的解决方案。
With the vigorous development of nuclear power industry, its demand for high-quality personnel is also becoming more and more urgent. However, due to the influence of some factors, the attraction of talent to the nuclear power industry is often not as good as the financial and other hot industries. This article analyzes the main factors that affect the attractiveness of nuclear power industry to qualified personnel and some problems existing in the attraction and use of qualified personnel in nuclear power industry. A solution to these problems is proposed to increase the attractiveness of nuclear power industry.
