广州某工厂宿舍楼建于20世纪90年代初,由于日常使用、管理不当,在酸性腐蚀环境作用下,部分构件的钢筋出现不同程度锈蚀,导致结构性能衰退。对其进行检测鉴定,综合考虑技术可靠、经济合理和方便施工等因素,比较多种加固方法选择较优方案。经加固处理,该结构耐久性满足现行规范要求和承载安全的要求。以该建筑为鉴,指出一般建筑要注意日常使用和维护;在加固设计中,应当根据结构特点和加固方法的适用性进行多方案的分析、比较,选择较优的方法,切实做到技术可靠、经济合理、方便施工。
A factory dormitory building in Guangzhou was built in the early 1990s.
