研究了膨胀剂掺量及约束条件对膨胀混凝土抗压强度的影响,并用扫描电镜观察了膨胀混凝土在不同约束条件下的微观结构。试验结果表明:膨胀剂掺量和约束条件对膨胀混凝土的抗压强度均有一定程度的影响。约束条件相同时,适当的膨胀剂掺量可以提高膨胀混凝土的抗压强度;膨胀剂掺量相同时,膨胀混凝土不同龄期的抗压强度均随着约束条件的增强而增大。微观分析表明:约束条件对膨胀混凝土的微观结构影响较大,约束条件越强,膨胀混凝土的微观结构越致密。
The influence of expansive dosage and restraint on the compressive strength of expansive concrete was studied. The microstructure of expansive concrete under different confinement conditions was observed by scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that the content of expansive agent and the restraining conditions all affect the compressive strength of expansive concrete to a certain degree. With the same constraints, the compressive strength of the expansive concrete can be increased by the proper amount of expansive agent. When the expansive agent is the same, the compressive strength of expansive concrete at different ages increases with the restraint. The microscopic analysis shows that the constraint conditions have a great influence on the microstructure of the expansive concrete. The stronger the restraint conditions are, the more compact the microstructure of the expansive concrete is.
