论述了稀土永磁传动技术的传动原理、静动态特性、起动运转特性、传动效率以及稀土永磁传动器的优点。同时对其在泵和釜中的应用技术、设计要点、传动效率进行了分析。结合最新研制的丙煤腈603泵的结合性能测试结果提出了获得高效率的技术途径和结构设计特点。称土永磁传动技术能达到很高的传动效率和传动功率。发展稀土永磁传动泵(釜)是磁传动泵(釜)的发展的必然趋势。
The transmission principle, static and dynamic characteristics, starting and running characteristics, transmission efficiency and the advantages of rare earth permanent magnet actuators are discussed. At the same time, the application technology, design points and transmission efficiency in pump and kettle are analyzed. Combining with the newly developed coal-phonophanitrile-603 pump test results, the high-efficiency technical approach and structure design are proposed. Earth permanent magnetic drive technology that can achieve high transmission efficiency and transmission power. Development of rare earth permanent magnet drive pump (kettle) is the magnetic drive pump (kettle) the inevitable trend of development.
