目的了解新型弹性开袢式前房型人工晶状体(AC-IOL)植入术后对房角的影响。方法采用Goldmann房角镜仔细观察50只眼植入AC-IOL术前、术后360°房角的变化。结果房角粘连30只眼,其中房角粘连范围超过1/2周的3只眼,术后继发青光眼。垂直轴向固定的人工晶状体眼易发生房角粘连。结论尽可能使人工晶状体袢水平位固定于房角的巩膜突,减少房角粘连,建议行AC-IOL植入术的病例术前、术后均应作房角镜检查。
Objective To investigate the effect of a new type of elastic anterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) implantation on the angle of the anterior chamber. Methods Goldmann gonioscopy was used to observe the changes of 360 ° angle before and after AC-IOL implantation in 50 eyes. Results The angle of corner adhesion was 30 eyes, of which 3 eyes had anterior chamber angle more than 1/2 week and postoperative secondary glaucoma. Vertical axial fixation of intraocular lens prone to corner adhesion. Conclusion As far as possible, intraocular lens 固 level is fixed in the angle of the scleral protrusion, reduce the angle of adhesion, recommended AC-IOL implantation cases before and after surgery should be gonioscopy.
