现实中,领导干部的诚信意识呈现出现实化、多元化、层次化和个性化的特点,同时,也存在着诸如价值观倾斜、道德判断削弱、诚信意识缺失等等问题。加强领导干部的敬业精神和求实学风建设,培养领导干部的诚信意识,是领导干部队伍建设的一个重要方面。
In reality, the leading cadres’ awareness of honesty and trust presents the characteristics of being actualized, diversified, hierarchical and individualized. At the same time, there are also problems such as the inclination of values, the weakening of moral judgment and the lack of awareness of honesty and credit.
