职业倦怠已成为一种职业伤害,严重影响女性馆员的身心健康,也制约着图书馆的发展。为此,对高校女性馆员职业倦怠进行行为分析,提出柔性管理干预的可行性策略及女性馆员自我消解的若干途径。
Job burnout has become a kind of occupational injury, seriously affecting the health of female librarians, but also restricting the development of the library. Therefore, this paper analyzes the job burnout of female librarians in colleges and universities, puts forward the feasible tactics of flexible management intervention and several ways of female librarians self-digestion.
