氯波必利口服剂量100～200mg/(kg·d)对实验性大鼠的幽门结扎型与乙酸烧灼型溃疡具有保护和治疗作用。其作用可能与促进胃肠蠕动、增加胃粘膜的血流量有关。
Clopidogrel oral dose of 100 ~ 200mg / (kg · d) experimental rat pyloric ligation and acetic acid cautery-type ulcers with the protection and treatment. Its role may be related to the promotion of gastrointestinal motility, increased gastric mucosal blood flow.
