肾脏是机体氟的最主要排泄器官,进入机体的氟约有85%经肾脏排出,且组织中氟含量较高。流行病学调查发现,氟病区居民和氟作业工人的肾功能受损,蛋白尿人数增加。动物实验显示氟可致明显的肾损伤,作者认为氟是肾小管细胞毒物,对肾组织的损害呈明显的剂量——效应和时间——效应关系。本研究测定了氟中毒大鼠肾脏脂质过氧化水平,为探讨氟致肾损害的机理提供依据。
Kidney is the body’s main organ of excretion of fluorine, into the body of about 85% of the fluoride excreted by the kidneys, and fluoride content in the organization higher. Epidemiological survey found that residents of fluoride and fluorine workers exposed renal function impaired, increased proteinuria. Animal experiments show that fluorine can cause significant renal damage, the authors believe that the tubular toxic effects of fluorine, renal damage showed significant dose-effect and time-effect relationship. This study measured the level of lipid peroxidation in the kidney of fluorosis rats, and provided the basis for exploring the mechanism of fluorine-induced renal damage.
