Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between liver fibrosis, inflammation and steatosis and MR elastography and diffusion parameters in patients with chronic liver disease and to evaluate the accuracy of imaging parameters in diagnosis of different stages of liver fibrosis. Materials and Methods The study was approved by Ethics Committee and informed consent was obtained. From November 2010 to October 2012, patients with chronic liver disease undergoing liver biopsy were enrolled prospectively and continuously. Sixty-eight patients underwent 1.5 T 3D MR elastography and diffusion-weighted imaging of voxel incoherent motion.
