以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)为基胶、甲基三甲氧基硅烷为交联剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)为催化剂、KH-550为硅烷偶联剂、钛酸正丁酯和硼酸正丁酯为助剂、二甲苯/石油醚为混合溶剂(两者体积比为5∶1)、二甲基硅油(DMS)为消泡剂、气相白炭黑(GPS)和玻璃鳞片(GF)为混合填料,制备了双组分有机硅胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当A组分中m(107胶)∶m(DMS)∶m(溶剂)∶m(偶联剂)∶m(GPS/GF混合填料)=100.0∶27.0∶38.0∶1.0∶26.0、m(GPS)∶m(GF)=60∶40和B组分中m(交联剂)∶m(催化剂)∶m(助剂)∶m(溶剂)=1.5∶0.5∶4.0∶10.0时,所得胶粘剂的综合性能相对最佳;此时,该胶粘剂的附着力为5.12 MPa(钢基体)和6.71 MPa(混凝土基体),并且其耐热性和耐酸性俱佳。
