7月10日~11日,国土资源部副部长汪民在2 0 09年全国汛期地质灾害防治工作会议上谈到积极探索地质灾害防治新机制时强调,要进一步提高地质灾害防治的科技水平,要设立专题开展我国复杂地质条件下的地质灾害成灾模式研究。作为国土资源部在地质环境管理和中国地质调查局在环境地质调查方面的技术支撑,中国地质环境监测院目前正以三峡库区、四川雅安和云南新平为重点,加紧推进突发性地质灾害监测预警试验基地建设,探索有效的地质灾害监测预警和防灾减灾机制,并以此带动全国地质灾害监测预警体系建设。为此,记者请中国地质环境监测院院长候金武和3个示范基地的负责人畅谈了地质灾害监测预警试验基地的建设与发展情况。
