利用顶空-气相色谱/质谱法分析了不同温度下典型电加热新型卷烟烟草材料和传统卷烟烟丝的挥发性成分。结果表明:1新型卷烟烟草材料和传统卷烟在不同温度段检测到的挥发性成分的数量不同;在200℃检测到的烟气挥发性成分最多,分别为67和82种。2检测到的挥发性成分主要为甲酸、乙酸、羟基丙酮、丙二醇、吡啶、糠醛、3-甲基戊酸、2,5-二甲基吡嗪、2(5H)-呋喃酮、甘油、烟碱等。其中新型卷烟烟气中甘油、丙二醇的释放量远远高于传统卷烟,传统卷烟烟气中挥发性吡嗪和呋喃酮类的释放量相对较高。3新型卷烟烟草材料典型挥发性成分的释放量随温度的升高先增大后减小,部分成分的释放量在120℃达到最大,部分成分在150℃达到最大。
The volatile components of typical electrically heated cigarette materials and conventional cigarette tobacco at different temperatures were analyzed by headspace-gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. The results showed that: 1 The quantity of volatile components detected by new cigarette and traditional cigarette at different temperature ranges was different; the volatile components detected by flue gas at 200 ℃ were the highest with 67 and 82 species respectively. 2 The main volatile components detected were formic acid, acetic acid, hydroxyacetone, propylene glycol, pyridine, furfural, 3-methylpentanoic acid, 2,5-dimethylpyrazine, Alkali and so on. Among them, the release of glycerol and propylene glycol in the new cigarette smoke is much higher than that of the traditional cigarettes, and the release of volatile pyrazines and furanones in the traditional cigarette smoke is relatively high. 3 The release of typical volatile components of new cigarette tobacco materials first increased and then decreased with the increase of temperature, the release of some components reached the maximum at 120 ℃, and the maximum of some components reached at 150 ℃.
