测土配方施肥是一项量大且庞杂的工作,有大量的数据资料,这些数据不但查询检索较为困难,而且分析、汇总需耗费大量的人力、物力与财力。因而,需要建立规范化的测土施肥数据库来有效地组织、管理和应用有关数据,指导科学施肥、耕地地理评价等应用,为农业生产和农业结构调整提供重要的数据支撑,为建立耕地资源管理系统,测土施肥宏观决策和动态管理提供基础平台。
