适应市场经济的需求,全面预算在大部分企业里得到应用及推广,但是由于房地产企业起步比较晚,所以在房地产企业里使用的范围并不是很广。因此在全球经济低迷的今天,根据房地产企业自身的状况,做好企业全面预算管理工作,实现企业的战略目标与现有资源的整合,促进企业经济效益的提升是房地产企业不可回避的话题。本人想根据自己的实际工作经验从房地产企业全面预算的概念与作用入手,分析房地产企业在全面预算管理工作中存在诸多的问题以及加以解决的优化对策,希望作为今后房地产企业的全面预算管理工作小小的参考。
