［ 目的］ 观察草仙乙肝胶囊（ 主要成份为虎杖、猪苓、川栋子、当归、淫阳藿等） 对鸭血清鸭乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸水平的影响．［ 方法］ 口服给予草仙乙肝胶囊治疗感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒的雏鸭．［ 结果］ 高剂量给草仙乙肝胶囊组鸭乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸给药前后自身比较，给药后５ｄ 和１０ｄ ＯＤ 值均下降，抑制率为５２－４４ ％ ；中剂量给药后５ｄ 抑制率与给药前比有明显差异；低剂量有一定抑制作用，但无统计学差异．［ 结论］ 草仙乙肝胶囊对感染鸭乙肝病毒的雏鸭具有明显的治疗作用，可显著抑制鸭血清鸭乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸水平，具有一定的量效关系
[Objective] To observe the effect of Cao Xian Hegan Capsule (main components are Polygonum cuspidatum, Polyporus umbellatus, Chuan dongzi, Angelica sinensis, Epimedium) on duck hepatitis B virus DNA level. [Method] Oral administration of Cao Xian Hegan Capsule was used to treat ducks infected with duck hepatitis B virus. [Result] Compared with the control group, the OD value at 5d and 10d after administration was decreased with the inhibition rate of 52-44% after the high dose was given to the duckweed Hepatitis B virus group duck hepatitis B virus DNA before and after administration; 5d inhibition rate was significantly different from before administration; low dose has a certain inhibitory effect, but no statistical difference. [Conclusion] Cao Xian Hegan Capsule has obvious curative effect on ducks infected with duck hepatitis B virus and can significantly inhibit the level of hepatitis B virus DNA in duck ducks, and has a certain dose-effect relationship
