我们三位校级干部都是任课教师出身,教龄最短的也有19年。做学校领导工作,虽然长的有19年,短的也已8年,但真正系统学习教育教学理论,研究学校管理科学,还是在我们一起参加了和平区教育局办的校长岗位培训班才开始的。我们觉得领导班子成员一起进校长岗位培训班学习有很多好处:同步提高整体水平。同志、同事加同学,关系更加密切了;学习内容一致,理论指导相同,共同语言多了,克服了片面性、随意性,工作配合更默契了;学用结合,理论联系实际,在很多方面能取得共识,有利于统一思想,统一步调。因此,通过培训,不仅提高了我们每个人的理论水平、政策水平和管理学校的自觉性,而且更重要的是提高了学校领导班子的整体素质,带动了全校工作的进一步开展,其中突出表现在两个方面。

Therefore, through training, not only has we improved the theoretical level, the policy level, and the consciousness of managing schools in each of us, but more importantly, it has improved the overall quality of the school leadership team and has led to the further development of the work of the whole school.
