排球运动员的弹跳力作为排球运动员最重要的身体素质,是运动员速度、力量、协调能力的综合体现。随着排球运动网上争夺越发激烈,对运动员的弹跳能力提出了更高的要求。根据多年训练的经验,本文论述了弹跳力素质在排球运动中的重要性,以及有效地提高弹跳素质的训练方法手段及其负荷控制,旨在为提高弹跳力提供理论依据与实践帮助。
As the most important physical quality of volleyball players, the jumping ability of volleyball players is a comprehensive expression of athlete’s speed, strength and coordination ability. With the increasingly fierce online scramble for volleyball, the bounce ability of athletes has put forward higher requirements. Based on the experience of many years of training, this article discusses the importance of the springing ability in volleyball and the training methods and load control that can effectively improve the jumping ability. This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical help to improve the jumping force.
