为了解决AMT车辆降档过程冲击大以及速比差大的换档成功率低等问题,综合考虑了AMT车辆的换档规律和换档品质,提出了一种新的降档规律获取方法。以最佳动力性或经济性升档规律为基础,将反映车辆换档品质的冲击度控制在17.64 m.s-3以内,结合2~8 km.h-1的降档延迟值确定降档规律。以特种越野车辆为原型,以最佳动力性换档规律为例,对该换档规律和熟练驾驶员手动换档时车辆的加速度和速度进行了仿真比较。分析结果表明:该降档规律在保证换档品质的情况下使加速度平均提高了18.7%,速度平均提高了22.2%,车辆的动力性能得到明显改善。
In order to solve the problem of low gear shift success rate and large gear shift error of AMT vehicle downshift process, a new method to obtain downshift schedule is proposed considering the shift schedule and gear shift quality of AMT vehicle. Based on the best dynamic or economical upshift rule, the impact degree that reflects the shift quality of the vehicle is controlled within 17.64 m.s-3, and the downshift rule is determined based on the downshift value of 2 to 8 km.h-1. Taking a special off-road vehicle as a prototype and taking the best dynamic shift schedule as an example, the acceleration and speed of the vehicle during manual shift of a skilled driver are compared and simulated. The analysis results show that the downshift pattern can increase the acceleration averagely by 18.7% and the speed by 22.2% on average while ensuring the shifting quality. The dynamic performance of the vehicle is obviously improved.
