目的探讨健康教育路径与儿童保健相结合对婴儿早期心理行为发育的效果,寻求提高婴儿早教的有效方法。方法2014年3月按照入选标准收集在该院儿童保健室体检的30~42 d的婴儿为观察组,为了便于研究,观察组34例年龄相差<10 d,观察组在对照组基础上按照健康教育路径对婴儿进行早期心理行为发育训练;另按照入选标准随机选取31例为对照组,对照组只接受常规儿童保健。2组均未参加任何机构的早期教育。2组婴儿满12个月时进行发育商的测试及效果评价。结果观察组在适应性、精细运动、个人社交3个能区的发育商高于对照组6分左右;在大运动、语言2个能区的发育商高于对照组11分左右,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.17、2.13、4.61、7.57和7.15,均P<0.01)。结论健康教育路径应用于婴儿早期心理行为发育,可有效提高婴儿心理行为发育的近期效果,值得积极推广实践。
Objective To explore the effect of the combination of health education path and child health on the early psychological behavior of infants and to find an effective way to improve infant early education. Methods In March 2014, infants aged 30-42 days from the physical examination of children’s health room in the hospital were selected as the observation group. In order to facilitate the study, 34 patients in the observation group had a difference of <10 days. The observation group was treated on the basis of the control group The educational path carried out early psychological behavior and development training for infants. In addition, 31 cases were randomly selected as the control group according to the inclusion criteria, and the control group received routine child health care only. Neither group participated in the early education of any institution. Two groups of infants over 12 months when the developers test and evaluation of the effect. Results In observation group, the developers in adaptive, fine motor and individual social energies were 6 points higher than those in control group. In large sports, the developers in 2 energy regions of language were higher than those in control group with 11 points Statistical significance (t = 4.17,2.13,4.61,7.57 and 7.15, respectively, P <0.01). Conclusion The path of health education should be applied to the early psychological behavior of infants, which can effectively improve the immediate effect of psychological and behavioral development in infants. It is worth to actively promote the practice.
