碘是人体的必需微量元素之一,对人体的生命活动十分重要,必须保证适宜的摄入量。已有充分的科学证据表明,碘缺乏和碘过量均会对人体健康造成危害。因此,开展膳食中碘对健康的影响评估,可为我国制(修)订食盐加碘防控策略和风险交流提供科学依据。
Iodine is one of the necessary trace elements of the human body, is very important to human life and activity, must ensure the appropriate intake. There is sufficient scientific evidence to suggest that iodine deficiency and excessive iodine can be harmful to human health. Therefore, carrying out the assessment of the impact of iodine on dietary health can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control strategies and risks exchange of iodized salt in China.
