本文以复数型频率分析的回转精度理论为基础,通过实测坐标镗床主轴的回转精度,并利用APPLEⅡ微型计算机系统对测试数据进行A/D转换、软件采样、快速富里叶变换、误差运动圆图象的显示及不圆度的计算等处理,探讨回转精度的评定方法。主要研究了下列问题:①动、静态偏心的区别及其意义;②用三维图形表示不圆度值与同心圆圆心分布的关系;③基础圆半径取值对不圆度计算结果的影响;④计算圆图象的最小二乘方圆心的新方法;⑤误差运动轨迹的最小包络圆的计算。
