目的了解西藏大学医学院学生的心理健康状况及主要影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自制的学生生活、学习、性格情况调查表对295名医学生的心理健康状况进行调查。结果被调查医学生心理问题阳性检出率为25.1%,且他们的性别、是否与父母沟通、成长的家庭是否幸福、是否有学习压力、性格是否乐观、是否有宗教信仰、是否自信共7个因素被引进Logistic多元回归模型。结论本次调查证实学生的家庭环境、学习情况、性格特征、性别、宗教信仰五大因素对西藏大学医学院学生的心理健康起着重要影响。
Objective To understand the mental health status and main influencing factors of Tibet University Medical School students. Methods The mental health status of 295 medical students was investigated using the Self-rating Symptom Inventory (SCL-90) and self-made questionnaire of student life, study and personality. Results The positive rate of psychological problems among medical students surveyed was 25.1%, and their gender, whether they were communicating with their parents, whether their families were happy, whether they had learning pressure, optimistic personality, religious beliefs or confidence Factors were introduced into the Logistic multiple regression model. Conclusion The survey confirmed that the five factors of family environment, learning, personality, gender and religious belief played an important role in the mental health of students in Medical College of Tibet University.
