[目的 ]研究枸杞、仙人掌和海藻 3种天然植物提取物拮抗六价铬对染色体损伤作用。 [方法 ]小鼠骨髓嗜染红细胞 (PCE)微核试验和人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变试验。 [结果 ] 3种提取物均抑制小鼠骨髓细胞微核率及人外周血淋巴细胞畸形率及其染色体畸形率。 [结论 ]枸杞、仙人掌和海藻提取物对六价铬的染色体损伤有显著的抑制作用 ,同时表现出 3种植物提取物对六价铬致染色体损伤作用的抑制有明显差异
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to study the effects of hexavalent chromium on the chromosome damage of three natural plant extracts of alfalfa, cactus and seaweed. [Methods] Micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow red cell (PCE) and chromosome aberration test of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. [Results] All three extracts inhibited the micronucleus rate of bone marrow cells, the abnormal rate of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and the chromosome malformation rate. [Conclusion] The extracts of alfalfa, cactus and seaweed had significant inhibitory effect on the chromosome damage of hexavalent chromium, and showed that the inhibitory effects of extracts of three plants on chromosome damage caused by hexavalent chromium were significantly different.
