棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum Samuels,Lieckfeldt & Nirenberg)是引起荸荠贮藏期球茎腐烂病的为主病原菌。用抑菌圈法及菌落生长速率法测定棘孢木霉对27种药剂的敏感性,结果显示:丙环唑对棘孢木霉室内抑菌效果最好,其次是咪鲜胺、腈菌唑、恶醚唑、三唑醇、百菌清+异菌脲、福美双+福美锌和异菌脲;药剂防治试验结果表明:50%噻菌灵+25.5%异菌脲防治荸荠球茎腐烂病效果最好。
Trichoderma (Trichoderma asperellum Samuels, Lieckfeldt & Nirenberg) is the main pathogen causing the bulb rot disease in water chestnut during storage. The antibacterial ring method and colony growth rate method were used to determine the sensitivity of Echinochloa crus-gallstans to 27 kinds of pesticides. The results showed that propiconazole had the best antibacterial activity against Trichoderma spp., Followed by prochloraz, , Oxadiazole, triadimenol, chlorothalonil, iprodione, thiram and iprodione; the results of chemical control tests showed that 50% thiabendazole + 25.5% ibuprofen control the watermelon stem rot rotting effect the best.
