运用空间面板计量经济学方法,以中国31个省级地区1998-2008年的数据为研究对象,分析这些地区之间R&D空间溢出效应。根据R&D溢出特点,重新对空间加权矩阵进行了定义,得到了一个经济距离与地理空间距离综合的最优空间加权矩阵。同时,通过实证对比分析得出R&D经费投入对专利产出的最大贡献滞后期为2期。研究发现,无论是间接途径还是直接途径,R&D空间溢出效应都十分显著,并且这种溢出效应呈现出M-A-R外部性。在对R&D经费投入按照来源构成分为私人投入和公共投入后,发现模型估计的精度有明显提高,前者对专利产出的贡献明显高于后者,而且直接途径下的前者的R&D空间溢出效应也要大于后者。
Spatial panel econometric methods were used to analyze the spatial spillover effects of R & D in these 31 provinces in China from 1998 to 2008. According to the characteristics of R & D spillover, the spatial weighting matrix is defined again, and an optimal spatial weighting matrix integrating economic distance and geospatial distance is obtained. At the same time, through empirical comparative analysis, we can conclude that the lag period of R & D expenditure on patent output is 2 periods. The study finds that the spillover effect of R & D is significant both in indirect and direct ways, and this spillover effect shows M-A-R externality. After the R & D expenditure is divided into private investment and public investment according to the source composition, it is found that the accuracy of the model estimation is obviously improved. The former contributes significantly to the patent output, and the R & D space spillover effect But also greater than the latter.
