新军事变革背景下,后勤保障一体化对军队医学院校任职教育提出更高的要求,为了提高任职教育学员在基层医疗保障服务中发现问题、解决问题的能力,本校在战伤外科培训班中尝试开展课题导师制度,探索其作为理论授课和技能操作培训之外研究型学习模式的可行性,课题导师制度使教员能够更加深入的了解学员在实际工作中的需求和困惑,调动学员积极性和主动性,有助于军队医学院校任职教育分级培训体系的构建和完善,值得进一步探索和实践。
