自1982年以来,我们对设备管理工作进行了一系列改革。从原来只管购、用、修,不管经济核算的行政管理,到逐步实行单机核算、联责计奖、经济包干和百分竞赛等经济管理,进而发展为以承包、租赁为主要手段,以管、用、养、修、租、算为主要内容的设备全面经营管理,充分挖掘了设备的潜力,各项经济技术指标有明显提高。同1981年相比,1985年设备完好率达到96.7 %,提高4%,利用率达到75.3%,提高8.3%,装备生产率达到10.8元/元,提高55.6%,维修费用率达到0.05%,降低45.5%,固定资产利税率达到64.8%。由于设备管理的改革与加强,推动了生产的全面发展,提高了企业经济效益和社会信誉。
