对于任何企业来讲,要想实现更多的经济效益和社会效益,首要任务就是做好企业的人力资源管理,钢铁企业也不例外,甚至是更加有必要。形势的不断地变化和调整,传统的人力资源管理方式已经跟不上钢铁企业的发展步伐,满足不了企业的发展需求,有必要进行新形势下钢铁企业的人力资源管理的创新并更好地留住青年人才,以期增强自身的核心竞争力。笔者在文中阐述了我国钢铁企业人力资源现状,随即分析了钢铁企业进行人力资源管理并留住青年人才的可行性举措,希望为企业提供参考和借鉴。
