本文针对不确定语言评价,允许决策矩阵含有缺失值,提出了一种填充语言决策矩阵的方法并给出一种主、客观赋权方法。在权重确定方面,使得各属性值距离主观偏好最小,同时使得所有属性对所有方案的偏差最大,建立了优化模型。最后给出了应用实例验证了方法的可行性与有效性。
In this paper, aiming at uncertain language evaluation and allowing decision matrices to contain missing values, a method of filling the language decision matrix is proposed and a method of subjective and objective weighting is proposed. In terms of weight determination, the subjective preference of each attribute value is minimized, and the deviation of all attributes from all solutions is maximized at the same time, and an optimization model is established. Finally, the application example is given to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
