The series of “Harry Potter” novels is the fame of J. K Rowling, a British woman writer who attracted a large number of adult readers and enlightened many children’s readers. From a translator’s point of view, the series of Harry Potter novels achieved excellent translation effects, not only taking care of children who are both disadvantaged in understanding and language ability, but also satisfying the lack of imagination in adults need. This paper analyzes “Harry Potter” from the perspective of translation ecology through the translation and interpretation of translation ecology and novels, the ecological balance of fiction and translation, and the translator’s subjectivity in novels.
