俗话说人无完人,由于每个学生存在个体差异,故每个班级或多或少会存在一些学困生,这类学生学习不积极,甚至影响到其他同学的学习积极性,影响班级整体学习气氛。对于学困生,我们要从学困生自身形成原因出发,同时动之以情晓之以理,进行针对的教育,从而使其进行转化,消除学困生,实现全体学生的全面发展。本文从笔者自身学困生转换实例出发,从而学生自身实际情况发觉其形成原因,并结合笔者自身实例开导学困生,从而使其主动学习,以供学困生转换提供借鉴、参考。
As the saying goes no one is perfect, because each student there are individual differences, so each class more or less there will be some poor students, such students are not actively learning, and even affect the learning enthusiasm of other students, affecting the overall class learning atmosphere. For students with learning difficulties, we must proceed from the reasons for the students who have difficulty in learning themselves, and at the same time move their education based on the principle of knowing the truth so that they can be transformed to eliminate the students who have difficulty in school and realize the all-round development of all students. In this paper, the author starts from the conversion of his own students with learning difficulties, so that the students find out the causes of their own actual situation, combined with the author’s own examples to guide students with learning difficulties, so that they take the initiative to learn, to provide reference for students with learning difficulties.
