基于一些风、雪及楼梯活荷载作用超越规范的情况,本文就建筑物围护结构的瞬时风压、一些特殊建筑物的积雪分布系数、屋面积冰荷载及人群密集时的楼梯荷载等问题进行了研究。本文认为建筑物围护结构计算应采用瞬时风压,给出重现期内作用于围护结构风荷载及作用于建筑物屋面的积冰荷载的有限样本的计算方法。最后结合中国国情,给出人流密集时楼梯荷载取值的建议。
