随着医疗卫生体制改革不断深化,医院的科学化管理水平不断提高,同时对医院人事档案管理水平提出更高的要求,人事档案实现信息化管理已成为大势所趋。为此,本文在明确人事档案信息化管理重要性的基础上,提出医院人事档案信息化管理存在的问题,并提出切实可行的解决策略,以期加快医院改革的步伐,促进医院持续健康快速发展。
With the deepening reform of the medical and health system, the hospital’s scientific management continues to improve, while the hospital personnel records management standards put forward higher requirements, personnel records to achieve information management has become the trend. Therefore, on the basis of clarifying the importance of informatization management of personnel files, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the informatization management of hospital personnel files and puts forward practical strategies to speed up the hospital reform so as to promote the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the hospital.
