隧道掘进机破岩的主要工具是刀圈。分析了刀圈常见失效形式,选取了2种刀圈,用直读光谱仪测定其成分,通过金相和透射电镜比较其显微组织,用维氏硬度计和冲击试验测定了硬度和冲击功。刀圈一的硬度约为700HV,冲击功2~3J;刀圈二的硬度大于530HV,冲击功30~40J。比较了其生产工艺的不同,提高材料的纯净化、均匀化和细化晶粒,优化热处理工艺,刀圈材料在满足高硬度要求时可保证高韧性。
Tunnel boring machine broken rock is the main tool knife ring. The common failure modes of the cutter ring were analyzed. Two kinds of cutter rings were selected. The composition of the cutter ring was determined by direct reading spectrometer. The microstructure was compared by metallography and transmission electron microscopy. The hardness and impact energy were measured by Vickers hardness tester and impact test. Knife ring a hardness of about 700HV, impact energy 2 ~ 3J; knife ring two hardness greater than 530HV, impact energy 30 ~ 40J. The difference of the production process is compared to improve the purity of the material, homogenize and refine the grains, and optimize the heat treatment process. The material of the cutter ring can ensure high toughness when meeting the requirements of high hardness.
