社会与经济的发展对电力的需求日益增加,同时对电力系统的安全可靠性也提出了更高的要求。突发大面积停电事故不仅会造成重大的经济损失,甚至会直接导致整个社会生活陷入瘫痪。文章分析电力应急管理的流程和特点,结合电网生产运行特点,提出量化的电网事故分级模型,最后,建立区域电网突发事件应急管理体系。对区域电网应急管理研究与建设做出了初步的探讨。
The demand for electricity is increasing with the development of society and economy, meanwhile, higher requirements are put forward for the safety and reliability of the power system. Abrupt large-scale blackouts will not only cause major economic losses, but also directly paralyze the entire social life. This paper analyzes the flow and characteristics of emergency management and puts forward a quantitative grid accident classification model based on the characteristics of grid operation. Finally, an emergency management system for regional grid emergency is established. The regional power grid emergency management research and construction made a preliminary discussion.
