介绍了科学级制冷 ＣＣＤ器件 ＩＳＤ０１７ＡＰ的主要性能、结构及管脚，设计了构成相机的制冷电路与驱动时钟电路，对相机的暗电流和光响应不一致性进行了分析和校正。并介绍了其在高质量射线数字成像检测中的应用。
This paper introduces the main performance, structure and pins of the ISD017AP CCD camera, and designs the cooling circuit and driving clock circuit which make up the camera, and analyzes and corrects the camera dark current and optical response inconsistency. And introduced its application in high quality digital imaging of radiography.
